Walking tour in Murano Island to discover the beauty of Saint Maria and Donato church, extraordinary example of Romanic style in Italy. Then you will follow your guide in the Glass museum to learn the history of glass blowing in Venice. Later on, you will visit a traditional glass factory, Venier, to admire masters at work. The glass school in the furnace allows you to see first-hand, alongside the most important Masters of Glassmakers, the ancient art of glass processing, of which the Vetreria Venier is today one of the most authentic and important performers in Murano. This furnace is, in fact, the largest and most equipped of the island. High-tech and safety ovens can reach a temperature of 1500 °C, ideal for forging works of the highest quality.
