INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The protection of privacy and the security of personal data are important matters that Blitz SpA pays particular attention to in all its professional relations, taking its responsibility regarding the security of your information and personal data very seriously.
Blitz SpA respects the confidentiality of personal and sensitive data and always acts in accordance with all applicable legal provisions, committing to protect such data and to guarantee maximum transparency regarding how they are processed, collected, and managed.
In line with the European General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation EU 679/2016, hereinafter GDPR), Blitz SpA hereby provides the following policy.
Blitz SpA informs that data is processed according to the methods and purposes outlined below.
In summary, the data processing concerns:
• Sensitive data (suitable to reveal racial or ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership in parties, unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union nature, as well as personal data suitable to reveal health status and sexual life) which require the data subject’s consent.
• Common data, for which prior information to the data subject is sufficient, while still respecting the general provisions of the GDPR.
Purpose of Processing
Blitz SpA processes personal and identifying data, including sensitive data communicated with free and informed consent, solely for the professional services proposed and accepted.
In compliance with GDPR, data processing is guided by the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity, confidentiality, accountability, and the protection of data subject rights.
Please note that providing data and allowing its processing is mandatory for purposes related to contractual and fiscal obligations; failure to provide such data may result in the inability to proceed with the requested services and to fulfill legal obligations and the received mandate.
Any optional, explicit, and voluntary communication via email to Blitz SpA will result in the acquisition of the sender’s address (necessary for responding), as well as any additional data included in the message and attachments.
Direct Marketing and Right to Object
Please note that personal data may be used for marketing purposes (such as sending promotional material, direct sales, market research, or commercial communications), including through automated means (SMS, MMS, fax, automated calls, email, web applications) and traditional methods (phone calls by an operator).
Pursuant to Article 21 of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing.
Purpose of the Processing
Data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently, using manual, computer, and telematic tools strictly related to the purposes outlined below. Measures are in place to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data for service-related purposes, such as fulfilling pre-contractual, contractual, and tax obligations, complying with legal, regulatory, or EU provisions or Authority orders (e.g., anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism), and asserting Blitz SpA’s legal rights.
Furthermore, to comply with applicable laws and similar obligations, data will also be processed to detect and prevent security threats, fraud, or other harmful activities, as well as to protect and/or enforce the rights of Blitz SpA or third parties.
Processing Methods
Processing includes the collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, elaboration, modification, selection, retrieval, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, erasure, and destruction of data.
Data is processed in both paper and electronic formats, with or without the aid of automated processes.
Blitz SpA will retain the data for the time required to fulfill the purposes stated and for the legal document retention period, and in any case no longer than 10 years from the end of the business relationship.
Access to data
Data may be made accessible, exclusively for the purposes stated above, to our employees and collaborators as data processors and/or internal handlers, or to third-party companies or individuals performing outsourcing activities on our behalf, with independent guarantees of GDPR compliance.
Data Recipients
Without the need for express consent, Blitz SpA may disclose data to judicial authorities and to any entities for whom data disclosure is legally mandatory for the execution of the purposes described above and the performance of the given mandate. These entities will process data as independent data controllers.
Your data will not be disseminated.
