Lagoon of Venice
and its Island
A private tour by boat discovering Venice and its Lagoon. Starting with a tour of the Grand Canal and a stopover at the Rialto Market, we will move north to Murano. Its fame comes from its historical glass factories, where you will see the glass blowers in action.
Heading North again we will arrive at Burano island, with its own character, brightly coloured houses and lace making. The best place for lunch is in nearby Torcello at Locanda Cipriani. Torcello itself was the first island settlement in the Lagoon and holds some of the finest examples of Byzantine art.

The Allegrini family has played a leading role in the history of Valpolicella and has passed on the culture of wine-making from generation to generation.
The local oral tradition recites that this vineyard was the birthplace of the Corvina grape, the main varietal of the native vines of the area.
